Catching Up

I cheat on this blog with Tumblr. Because I’m a whore.

Go here to see my personal Tumblr which is mostly pictures but occasional text-like things:

Carrie Mesrobian

Go here to see me indulge my insane fantasies about cute guys (you can also submit your own stuff):

Conversations With My Fake Boyfriend

I am so boring, you guys. My winter activities have included taking depression-fighting dog walks with husband, listening to Country Music (the BAD kind, not the cool kind, sorry), and reading romance novels (mostly historicals).

I’m working on another book but it’s pissing me off so the less said the better. Though it’s a YA book. With a boy narrator. IT’S MAKING ME WANT TO KICK ROCKS. Stupid fucker.

I’m teaching six classes this summer for The Youth.

Here they are in all their glory. Register online if you want.

Oh, and here are some books that aren’t romance novels that I’ve recently enjoyed:

Through The Ever Night by Veronica Rossi (of coure I loved this, because PERRY)
Stick by Andrew Smith (unbelievable. can’t get it out of my head.)
Blue Fish by Pat Schmatz (just what YA should be, in my opinion)
Imaginary Girls by Nova Ren Suma (magical…overused and not explanatory, but that’s what it is)
Purity by Jackson Pierce (theme, content, style, character – perfect blend)
